This Privacy Policy explains how Aikonik LLC (“Ottagive,” “Aikonik,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal information in connection with the Ottagive website, mobile applications and services, including services offered through ottagive.co, ottagive.com and other websites, applications, social media channels, messaging, telephone and other communications or technologies that we operate or introduce from time to time (collectively, the “Ottagive Services”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use for the Ottagive Services.

This Privacy Policy is current as of the Effective Date. We may update it from time to time as our Services, technology or legal obligations change. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Ottagive Services.

Sensitive banking credentials are generally handled through specialized providers rather than stored directly by Ottagive where the integration permits.
• Identity-verification and compliance information required to establish eligibility, prevent fraud and comply with applicable requirements.
• Purchase, billing and recipient information, including credit-card or other payment information, billing address, gift information and information about a recipient or potential recipient.
• Gift and user content, including messages, photographs, videos, audio, drawings and other materials you choose to upload or send.
• Recipient information and contacts that you choose to import, search or provide for gifting purposes.
• Location information and location-related data, including GPS coordinates or similar device location data, when enabled.
• Device, usage, diagnostic and security information, including device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, Internet Service Provider, URLs visited, log data and crash information.
• Social-media information when you connect or interact with Ottagive through a social-media platform or other third-party service.
• Information obtained from service providers and other third parties, including identity-verification, fraud-prevention, payment, banking, analytics, mapping, marketing and address-verification providers.

2. How We Collect Information

We collect information through the Ottagive Services, including websites, mobile applications, social-media accounts and channels, telephone discussions, email and other communications. Certain features may require you to register or provide personal information. We may also collect information through cookies, clear GIFs or pixels, mobile analytics, affiliate tracking and similar technologies.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to analyze traffic, remember preferences, improve the Services and tailor operations to your use of the Services. We or our third-party partners, affiliates, agents or service providers may use pixels or clear GIFs to measure advertising effectiveness, email engagement, product orders and visitor traffic.

5. Cybrid-Enabled Financial Services

Ottagive uses Cybrid and related banking and financial-service providers for certain financial functionality. Aikonik LLC d.b.a. Ottagive may share identity, banking, transaction and other information with Cybrid and applicable financial institutions or service providers as necessary to establish and administer accounts, process electronic fund transfers, facilitate deposits and withdrawals, prevent fraud, perform identity verification, meet compliance requirements and provide the applicable Services.

Information processed in connection with Cybrid-enabled Services may also be subject to Cybrid’s User Agreement and privacy documents:

6. How We Share Personal Information

• Service providers that help us operate the Services, including financial, banking, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, payment, communications, analytics, hosting, mapping, marketing and address-verification providers.
• Cybrid, financial institutions and other providers when necessary to provide financial services.
• Ottagive affiliates and related companies.
• Ottagive partners involved in fulfilling or delivering purchases or gifts.
• Other users or recipients when you intentionally send them a gift or other content.
• Third-party partners or referral or affiliate partners.
• Professional advisers, investors, acquirers and transaction participants.
• Government authorities, regulators, courts or law enforcement where required.

We do not treat ordinary service-provider processing, financial-service processing or disclosures necessary to provide requested Services as a sale of personal information merely because information is shared with a service provider or partner.

We may send email communications, text messages or promotional offers to contact information you provide, subject to applicable law. You may opt out of promotional email or text marketing by following the unsubscribe instructions in the applicable communication or by contacting us. For SMS messages, you may opt out by replying “STOP” where supported.

We may collect and use information that does not identify an individual, including demographic data, location data, browser type, Internet Service Provider, operating system, URLs visited and IP address information.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services, technology or legal obligations change. The revised Policy will be posted through the Ottagive Services with an updated Last Updated date.
