OTTAGIVE collects certain personal information through the OTTAGIVE Services described above - including through our websites, through social media accounts and channels, and via our applications, mobile technologies, telephone discussions, email and other forms of communication. Electronic Fund Transfers (EFTs) and Account Balances
Aikonik LLC d.b.a. Ottagive partners with financial services software company Cybrid Inc. (Cybrid) and banking services provider Cross River Bank (Evolve), member FDIC, to offer you electronic fund transfers and provide you with an Account. By registering for our platform, linking your external bank account, and authorizing any electronic payment, you authorize us to share your identity and banking information with Cybrid and Evolve to support your Account. You also agree to the terms and conditions of Cybrid’s privacy policy, https://cybrid.xyz/privacy-policy, and Cross River Bank’s privacy policy, https://www.crossriver.com/legal/privacy-policy (the “Partner Privacy Terms”). It is your responsibility to ensure that the data you provide to us is accurate and complete, as this is necessary for our partners to process electronic fund transfers on your behalf and provide you with continued access to the Account. The Partner Privacy Terms may be modified from time to time, and the governing versions are incorporated by reference into this Privacy Policy. All requests sent via postal mail must be labeled “Your California Privacy Rights” on the envelope or postcard and clearly stated on the actual request. Social Media Sites
OTTAGIVE may also receive personal information from social media platforms, as well as from people with whom you are friends or otherwise connected on social media platforms.
